Who We Are
I35 Home Solutions is a local real estate problem-solving company based in New Braunfels, Texas. We work directly with homeowners in Bexar and Comal County who are facing situations the traditional real estate market isn't designed to handle.
We're not a national franchise or an automated offer platform. We're a local operation founded and run by Bill Crawley — someone who knows these communities, understands Texas real estate law and process, and has spent years helping people navigate the situations most buyers and agents walk away from.
Why We Do This
Most people who reach out to us are doing so at a difficult moment. A death in the family. A divorce. Financial pressure they didn't see coming. A property that's become a burden — financially, emotionally, or both. The traditional real estate process was not designed for these situations. We built I35 Home Solutions specifically to fill that gap. Not to take advantage of people in hard times — but to offer a real, honest alternative when the traditional route isn't going to work. About Bill Crawley
Bill Crawley is the founder of I35 Home Solutions and a lifelong Texas real estate professional. He spent 8 years in investment real estate — owning and managing rental properties, doing wholesale deals, and working through all the complicated situations that come with that kind of work. He knows what foundation problems actually cost to fix. He knows how probate works. He knows what delinquent tax timelines look like and how quickly equity can disappear.
He started I35 Home Solutions because he saw a gap: homeowners with genuinely difficult situations who were either getting taken advantage of by predatory buyers or stuck in a market that simply couldn't help them. His goal is to be the person he would have wanted in his corner during a hard situation — knowledgeable, straight with you, and actually focused on getting you to a good outcome.
Bill is based in New Braunfels and serves homeowners throughout Bexar and Comal County.
